Cart-Tek's belief in "Hub Wheel" technology has given rise to the GR-500. It's unique "Rear Wheel" design and use of a 200 Watt hub drive motor translated to improved performance on the golf course. With the drive wheel mounted towards the rear of the cart, most of the weight of the cart and bag are positioned over the drive wheel, resulting in more efficient transfer of power.

The GR-500 is Cart-Tek's introductory "hub motor" golf push cart.

The rear wheel design affords a more positive contact with the ground surface, translating to longer battery life and more efficient performance. The GR-500 makes use of Dual 12 Volt SLA batteries, rated at 24 Ah and a new 200 Watt drive motor which translates to enough power for a full 36 holes, depending on course conditions. Batteries should be charged after every golf outing.
