Every item at Golfland Warehouse has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted.

If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 1-805-544-GOLF or contact us by e-mail at info@golflandwarehouse.com before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return UPS Ground shipping will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that we allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

If you have misplaced your return form simply write a note with a description of why the item is being returned.

Free Shipping promotions do not apply to returns and exchanges

Retail Store Returns:

Golfland Warehouse Retail store will replace or refund those items normally sold in the store. Original, or copy of, receipt is required to return merchandise to a retail location.
