Every item at Golfland Warehouse has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange any item within 30 calendar days from the day you purchased it.. Return shipping is not free.

Here is how to make a return:

 1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.

2. Under Manage your Account on the left sidebar, go to Completed, then click Return Item(s), you'll be able to choose which items to return in the next screen:how-to-make-a-return-in-golfland-warehouse.png

3. A list of the items you've ordered will be displayed, make sure you include the number of items to be returned under QTY. TO RETURN, if your order contains more than 1 type of product and you do not want to return any of these other products, please leave a zero (0) under QTY. TO RETURN.

Then select a return reason and return action from the drop-down menus, here is where you tell us if you want an exchange or a refund. Lastly, please include any information in the comments that will help us understand what you want us to do, if trying to exchange an item, please write the specific size, model, color and even link of the product you want.

If the reason for your return is a shipping error, please select the option Received wrong product under Return reason and we'll send you a shipping label.


4. Click Submit Return Request. The next screen will give you information about the following steps.

For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email notifying the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If the item you requested is out of stock, we will issue a refund. After we process your refund, it might take up to 2 days to be posted on your account.

 In order to receive a refund, the item must

  • Be shipped back within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unworn and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags
  • Come in original packaging
  • Include the invoice provided (or a copy) with a note explaining the reason for the return
  • For returns or exchanges due to a shipping error (wrong item, size or color), we will send you a shipping label and take care of return shipping, please email info[at] to process a return or exchange due to shipping errors.  

 Important notes 

  • If the package was damaged in shipment or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 1-805-544-GOLF(4653) or contact us by e-mail at info[at] before returning. Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
  • If we made a mistake on your order, your return UPS Ground shipping will be reimbursed. It can take 2-3 business days from the day we receive your package for your return shipping credit to show up in your account.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • All items are warranted against defects.
  • Gift cards are not refundable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases where we made a mistake).
